Breakfast choices were plentiful, especially the sourdough bread, which I thoroughly enjoyed. the breakfast area became overcrowded during peak hours, and my bathroom shower needed maintenance, affecting the overall comfort. While the service was commendable, the room could benefit from improvements to ensure a consistent level of comfort throughout my stay.

The location is prime, with the Burjuman shopping mall and metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The restaurant, Purani Delhi, provides exceptional food, and the staff are genuinely caring, creating a home-like atmosphere.

Noise from a nearby club made it difficult to sleep even on the fourth floor.

The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, making it easy to access downtown and old areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful, with Arun offering great suggestions for local attractions during our visit. We were upgraded to a spacious Premier room that had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. there are great dining options nearby, particularly for Indian cuisine.
